In early February of 2021, the GYCAF initiative carried out an individual survey to understand the needs of young people driving action on the ground. While data collection for the survey is still ongoing in collaboration with YOUNGO, the overwhelming response was the need for #youthclimatefinancing.

We have listened and are pleased to announce that through generous donations and gifts, we are finally able to offer Microgrants to young people. The grant focus will finance projects that address climate change impacts at the grassroots. Applications will open in January 2022. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow and engage us through our social media handles.
