GYCAF Microgrants Process
Submission of Application
Applications are submitted to the GYCAF through our online portal or google forms. The cycle is open for four weeks to any youth project from around the world to apply. Guidelines can be accessed here.
Review Process
Applications are then sorted and reviewed to remove duplicates and prepare for evaluation by the Youth Fund Committee. This process takes 2-4 weeks depending on the number of applications received. Applications are reviewed based on our funding criteria.

Successful applicants are contacted individually to communicate funding disbursement and reporting and monitoring guidelines for accountability purposes
